I know it's a chewed up subject, and probably not many people even frequent this section any more, even less with actual knowledge of the topics discussed here, but anyway:
Is it worth getting a bigger graphics tablet, or do people just buy the newer/bigger ones for the sake of having the new/bigger ones?

I'm only looking to use it with ZBrush4R6 and PS CS6. I was just gonna buy a cheapish one, small one of course, because of limited funds. Any suggestions?

just go with small one until you are good, sometimes you might even use it as a coaster, I recommend getting a 50$ coaster rather than a 500$ coaster.

Pretty much this. You can scale tablet surface according to your screen with the software from official site. Once you are good, bigger tablet means more fluid work (also those tablets tend to have bigger scale of pen sensitivity and relate better to your actual screen size, also buttons, color mixers, and other tools you might learn to use...

Oh. and buy Wacom, you can ask any pro on that. Worth every penny. I started of at a napkin size and upgraded up to a5 (a bit bigger napkin).

For a first one, get something simple.

Really! Sweet! :o Back when i bought it the only lefty tablets were bamboo ones

I developed a weird way of holding my pen back when i started using ink pen. It's still quite hard not to smear everything all over the page :D

How sensitive is intuos 4 small to touch? For example, if you touch it by mistake with your lower part of your palm or something like that?
