im tryng to figure a better way to render special effect

currently im using the pen tool to trace and cut the main image out

then using the extraction tool to render out special effects

is there a better way to do this in photoshop? and if not in photoshop

what other program could be good

feal free to pm me ill pay for more information on this matter

like magic etc
