what do you mean the sketch?

I did not understand what you asked but i just say that anatomy is a weak spot. If you meant that this is sketch and isn't supposed to be anatomically correct then i disagree and say that you learn from sketches and so you would, you should try to create realistic sketches. By that i mean no polishing to realism but structure of what you draw. For a hand, start from getting finger length right. It looks plain odd like that.

and yes its a hand but i was making a glove or gauntlet

Doesn't look that bad on left sketch but what you should do is to put it on your gauntlet. Give the expression that fingers are bent, with simple shading and lighting. If you look at your first sketch again, it looks like a hand-shaped cloud with glowing thing on it. No sense of depth but just plain flat sheet.

Right now the fingers still look mutated with their length.

did you use the eye dropper to grab colors from the reference?

i did not have a reference it just came out of da brain

ofc i didnt trace i sketched out my hand first by looking at it then i sketches the glove

and then i painted it

im only doing what you told me get better lines etc

o and i used water paints on this wellw ater paint brush setting any way

reminds me of world of warcraft for some reason.. but i think it looks good, just need to elongate fingers or make shadows where they are bent cuz right now it looks like a very short straight finger lol
