its only mt 5th aketch and my first paint job so dont poke at my paint skills lol

any advice what i can do to improve and your opinion overall of it

I think you need to strip everything back and approach with a more mature mindset. You can continue doing things like this, or you can learn the hard but right way

your colors are god awful.... but we dont expect much since you just started.

the anatomy is pretty off/non existant.

outlining things so harshly is a big nono at the moment. try to define form by value


practice in black and white at the moment. Paint some random objects and shapes. Set up a simple still life next to your comp and try to paint it the to the best of your ability with accuracy in form and light

it's a very generic and novice ideal to draw character concepts right off the bat
