how do you make popout sigs?
like to cut out the background from an image, and only leave main part in front/middle or w/e

is it possible to make these w/ paint?
1 of the links was hard to read due to horrible color picks in the picture, and other 1 had a broken image
and not sure what ayudane or w/e was doin, u can see the background image change half way thru his step.... and he didnt say anything about it
