Flat, picture of girl looks squished and fitted in there wrong, blends together wrong, text hardly readable, busy in a bad way.
Basically looks like you took three pictures and put a color filter over all of them. And then it went horribly wrong because there is like a rainbow stripe on her skirt and pink as well.

I would Google some tutorials and start with the basics (Like color) on your program of choosing.

Ya I know it is pretty awful I sorta just screwed around without any knowledge of what I was doing thank you. I would also be very grateful if someone could hook me up with some links for basic tutorials

Just re-did the whole signature I think it looks better now but I think the the space between Rena and Ryuuga is to long and there probably needs to be more focus on the render

Stay away from text, and make flow, blending etc, use c4d's and etc;

it looks good for a beginner. go check out some text tutorials. it will definatly add that little bit to make your sig look amazing
