Please correct the following errors:

quality is a big issue, and the effects need work, as does the blending

damn any tips on how to improve the quality I saved a jpeg to as many kb's as I could without going over 75 ( which is the limit if im not mistaken)
and yea my first sig i've made in probly 5 months and even before I was pretty terrible but most of the tuts that are stickied are either no longer there or extremly small or just not very good.
so I had to make this out of memory of how to use photoshop and ha well the outcome is as you see



well yea for atleast now I should probly not follow the limit but just not wear anything I make

ill have to make another sig later and see what I can do about the quality

I saved it as high as I could for quality
I also realized I did nothing for lighting last sig so I tried to do some lighting this time and hopefully it blends in better also

btw my first vertical sig ha I just felt the render would be best used for it

imo it seems even lower quality then the other sig though but I may be wrong

I don't know what happened to the quality from the moment I started to finish it just went down hill

o well ill just keep trying till either I get better or I get bored and quit again ha

try reading some tutorials
and download some high quality renders
dont use LQ stuff
