What one is the best. And why.

Price is no issue.

Wacom Intuos5 large/ Intuos 4 Extra Large/ Wacom Cintiq 24 HD Pen Display - best

Or you could stick with a 100$ Wacom bamboo and save yourself 600$/2400$

Very reasonable, bamboo, more professional, intuos, top of the range, cintiq

You can do everything with the bamboo

Will it last?

Or should I fork for the intuos. Also I'm left handed. I need something that's ambidextrous

Heard that's only the intuos4

Of course it will last. If you want to spend the money, get the intuos, but if you don't use it it's honestly a huge waste of money, and it's easey to do that.

I'm not sure if the bamboo is ambidextrous, google!

I agree, however bamboo is good for beginning and intermediate use, it is actually a really small size (a6?) and you might get trouble later with the line accuracy (you can still do anything, it's just not as comfortable). If just starting out the bamboo is a good option, however you will probably switch over later if you are going to continue, so if money is no option I recommend getting a bigger one as to not waste money in the long run.

Believe me I've been Googling like crazy. I will use it. I'm trying to animate my cartoon.

I think ima fork for the intuos4. I want as much quality as I can get. I'm an experienced artist. Just not with computer animation.
I pick up on things very quickly
