This accusation thread is under new management, please read everything before posting!

This post is intended for reporting a person who is stealing GFX Artworks. It will work very much like a post in the Scammer Accusation Forum. You MUST note the new guidelines to this thread.

Resources offered over the internet, and thus, made public for everyone to use, have no labelled ownership. Thus, an accusation based over these pretenses, ie., a signature created from the basis of a public render or stock will recieve no action in this thread. However, a direct and identical copy would be considered a rip, provided it does not fall under the description below:

If you sell a piece of artwork to someone, you cannot claim exclusivity over that piece of material. That said, the person is free to resell the material, if he or she desires. They cannot, of course, claim author of said content, but they can resell or modify it further.

Any person caught deliberately ripping material from another user for the purpose of profit will be dealt with accordingly. It is up to the sole discretion of the site to determine the course of action taken.


To make your accusation valid, you will need to provide the following information in your post. Please keep it organized.

• A link to the profile of the accused, or the exact d2jsp username.
• A link to the original artwork. Once again, please remember the new guidelines.
• A link, or screenshot, of the artwork in question. Remember that files can be taken down; this is important.
• Any other information that may help solidify your accusation, such as PM's or interactions.
• You may not need to provide your Gold Logs. In order to protect your privacy, it is recommended that you do not post them. If information in your Gold Log is needed, you will recieve a PM regarding.

Please remember to include as much proof as you can. It will help give us the basis to investigate your case, and subsequently, be able to take faster action.

quick question...what if the person claiming that there work (which is actually yours) as there own and modified it a little bit but says the whole this was his own? can you show the .psd for proof that you made it?

This is part of the providing proof process. The owner of the content has the burden of providing all proof that they are the owner of said content, including all content used within the material. Most cases are rather cut and dry, and this step is probably rarely required. Post histories will easily prove which user was posting said content first.

Anyway, that is as u can see 4 days ago, meanwhile I wrote him 2 pms where I said that he should remove the sig, but he does not answer me.
