Good stats, 8/10 for stats.
It’s an amazon amulet on classic though, arguably the least played class and weakest class unless using some of the best items you can get.

maybe a CS zon could use it on expansion? idk if people even make those anymore since you cant farcast anymore.

Nothing beats cat’s eye/highlords on a bowa expansion
This should stay on classic, it’s only use is really a super strong gothic bow zon. The stats this amulet gives are amazing if you can find a 20% ias gothic bow with high damage (i think it can get 20% on classic, may only be able to get 10%). Huge stat saver, would almost eliminate the need for -req mod
