dude, that helm looks awesome to me, what bugs me tho is that from what i know(i am just trying to build a barb, don't know that much) is that you can only increase the BO skill on a barb using gear by 3 points. since the helm has +3 warcries and +3 BO, do you really get +6 to BO skill?

Yes but you get much more from using a rare circlet with gold find and teleport.

No scenario is this best in slot.
