Dropped from a rare champion just before baal.

What you think?
The best rare bow in d2r thus far?

Choice of 37ed upsets me ending at 324

Could have gotten to 321 sequential
Could have gotten to 323 palindrome
Could have gotten to 325 round

A rare zon bow needs to be cruel + masters with 2soc, max ias, amp plus additional mod to be worth using and still not as strong as faith
