Not sure if this can be considered gg but the stats are unique. Although I haven't done the overall damage boost calculation, at level 29, this jewel is better than both 24 max and 20ed 15 max eventhough some stats are not perfect. Would appreciate any imput. Stats are:

Damage bug? It's all one damage- double max, even if not inserted in a weapon, will still add 18 to max, increase min by 17% and still have att takes dmg 3 which beats 20 15max. In a weapon, it beats every perfect magic lld jewel in existance.
