i dont advocate the lower fcr breakpoint but it is nice for that build.

missing fcr, but everything else looks good with exception of magic damaged but still applies so not lost, the 75% reduction in poison is actually pretty good.

solid anyone else coming in to hate can see themselves out. Thumbs up from me nice post.

Just typing facts.

This amulet isn’t a trophy and isn’t even particularly usable. Let alone not even mentioning that blizzard isn’t a very commonly used build at lvl 30 due to its poor performance.
