Nope.

Min damage was only a “good” mod for non tele zons on legacy. Mostly because there isn’t really a good 3rd suffix to use, and they used fort. Thus giving them lots of ED% modifier to scale the 9min. Even then, it wasn’t that 9min was good, it’s that no other suffix really helped them.


On a previous thread about a similar ring, I proved that 7str from ring gives slightly more average damage than 9min damage for a bvc.

9min damage from s pretty bad modifier for any character that needs FCR on their ring. As Str or Dex or life will always be better than 9min.


Usable. Yes.
Trophy? Not even remotely.
