Amazing item. 9/10 from me

my LLD pally benefits more from 2 combat cuz fanta gets higher lvl so i can hit the ias bp for smite

but yours is a nice hat too.

wasted mod, some lld leagues don't allow for cold damage.
still usable, but this is not the usable room.

2pcomb> cuz all main paladin skills in lld are combat(hammer, charge, smite foh)
