It's just that the %mf isn't desired in rares that much.
Boots need high triple resists, frw, fhr.

If you get no response in the p/c forums, then it's more likely that the item is trash, rather than treasure.

It had the max rw and fhr with 23mf. Sadly the triple res only added to 60 in total.

Rare boots always suck

The exception is 08 boots. But that’s legacy d2 only.
