Why wouldn't they be? LLD is a pretty legitimate mode of play in d2. Been around since I started in '06 and it's still relevant.

They are harder to build than high levels too because you cant upgrade items and stay within the lvl req if you get the wrong base. Like a gg would need 30ias/165ed/20max/2os if you upgrade it will fail to lvl 31. Itemization is way crazier.

This is very good circlet, probably the best for lld pala in d2r.

As Sasax said, shame on life roll and would have been even better with 2os instead of resistance as pallies get more then enough from the rest of their gear
