Talking about mdr bug

A robo is a white (usually superior) item with max sockets, into which you place the required number of Shaels, as well as ED+Max Damage jewels, noting Eth Repl weapons for level 30, may take months, if not years, to acquire. A level 30 robo Naga with x2 shaels and x4 20ed/15max jewels would be ~ 40ias 31-147 damage, i.e. this is better then a typical Robo (if you have better jewels you dont make a robo with them).

In terms of elemental damage, there is no rule in LLD relating to "may not use elemental damage", this rule was predominantly in HLD tournaments / communities relating to poison damage. The MDR bug however is an issue, but not the end of the world. in some instances you want the cannot be frozen - check. overall this is the best Naga I have seen so far for lvl 30, in d2r. [ i see the current price is at 7K ]

It’s About mdr

Of which this weapon heals your opponent from the cold damage for at least 14 life. More if you have more mdr than just form string of ears.

-14 damage = +14 life
