Again, without the OT posts. Apparently it's a 6 point item because of the max PLR rule. But then I don't know whether the fcr is of any use in any scenario cause I don't lld. Maybe a inner sight build or sth I dunno, set all enemies' base defense at 0 even with shout and HS, so could be of use in tvt. With insight you get infinite mana + fcr so you just multi/strafe enemy team after using inner sight on them. I only hld so don't go crazy on me for a bit of theorycraft lol. So only the fcr is debatable, otherwise it's a completely perf rare with all perf rolls except it's not 5 min dmg but 4 min dmg...

That sort of item doesn't even exist in LOD, but here it is in D2R, a full 6 point with pretty much 6 max rolled stats. It is either a profoundly useful item, or garbage in the most profound sense of the word garbage, but either way, it is an amulet for your trophy closet. I must've massively underpriced and underrated that thing. Oh damn
