Jmod with double duration and 4 5/5 blue light facet

double duration Jmod can only be spawned on drop!

he mechanism of generating such item is

the monarch drop defined as "set item", so with double duration
but there is no "set monarch", so its quality convert to magic item
you can't get double duration Jmod from rerolling

Does anybody have any idea what this could be worth?

(Currently working on getting 4x 15/15s for it.
