I would've thought Cat's Eye for it's FRW would be better...isn't Deadly Strike from Highlord's useless for a Javazon?

you mainly want those 20ias for 95ias breakpoint

frw not really needed in pvm

deadly strike only useful against light enchanted, but only if you use eth upped titans or some siiiick rare ones with high dmg. but since you use a merc with a gg infinity, your merc will finish those immunes faster then you

just try reach max attackspeed and + skills for dmg

In Cowlevel Cat's will maybe be better, I tested both of them and if there's a difference I fail to notice it.

For PVM I'd go cats eye.

Monsters are easy/weak so the frw/ias is worth it over damage to me.

Deadly strike mostly pays off with the jab or charged strike hits (melee)
