Maybe the best ring of this type in D2R?

just about the best i've seen...only thing could be better is dex instead of AR

Fcr, str, and life are suffixes. So is Dex.



AR is arguably only less valuable than a single resist, but very useful for bvc and sin. It just needs closer to 120 AR.

Thanks for the clarification. I didn't realize rare items were on the prefix/suffix system like PoE
