these are lvl 29 req, not sure they can spawn with either of those affixes and remain -30?

yes they can have 10fhr/5dex/5 repl (i think 5 is max) at lvl 30

ty for the information definently feel they are neat still but yeah maybe not enough for trophy status.

but yes, trophies tend to be 6/6 affixes that are all useful and high rolls
