nd have dr (low but have)
w 2socs but 2socs can pop on magic so i think is better than a classic magic, only if u looking for 6 spear

If you use that for NvN the increased block chance bears the risk to get you block animation locked by clay golem hits...
So technically it's worse than a magic variant for that purpose.
