After all these years, I've never actually been strong enough to clear uber tristram. Today, I changed that!
The hoops I had to jump through though. Took me about an hour with my Frenzy barb...but I had to get my Necro in there with a bunch of minions and a might merc or else I was getting one shot by meph and his horde.
My gear is:
G Face with All Res 15 Jewel
BOTD in ETH Colussus Blade
DEATH in ETH Colussus Sword
FORTITUDE in Dusk Shroud
Dracs
Gore Riders
String of Ears
Carrion Wind
Raven Frost
Mara's
So what I had to do was go in there with my necro just stand in the corner. Then I would run in with my barb, round up one of the Ubers and pull them toward the Necros revives and then just go to down with Frenzy. That technique worked perfectly and I was able to kill them all without too much trouble. Wish I could do it alone. Still feels good!
