every base has the same average smiter dmg except sr which has 0.5 avg dmg more
you should be able to hit mb with god pb ( 136+10=146 ) not sure though didnt test it out
perf life almost perf ed and lr is a nice bonus against foh

Lvl 99 you will have too stats / use jewel dex for 75block
