I have not played in a long time is there still hacked items in nonladder or are they all removed or just dissapeared?

i know but long ago there was alot of hacked items but are they still in the game is what im asking would be cool to see some

Wiz Gloves are only thing i can think of atm on west..
but there is Bugged tals on east and Bugged belt.
