has the two unobtainable curses for "Tpk"/Team Player Kill, which is team duels including Any character (sorcs, zons, paladins as well as the usual Fpk characters), and although Fpk "slightly" allows it, albeit with disdain, these two curses are used more freely in Tpk, whereas Fpk, when polite, is only Amplify Damage (I call lower res "BM" in Fpk anyway, some people claim it's "GM" with disgrace). Anyway, it's very rare as hell to have these two "unobtainable" curses on the same wand, like if you're with a trapper and sorcs you cast lower resist, if you're stomping a smiter or a ww barb in the bone prisons you use decrepify, etc. Very rarely ever seen, both on one wand.
