Just made this on Hc ladder east!
Got the magical helm from the chest at end of Abaddon (on hell difficulty) then crafted this.
Made with a level 93 Probably why the level req is level 40. ; /
Still nice though, Plan on putting a couple 40% ed jewels in it and using with whirlwind.
