2sin/2os with fools + ed 200-300ed + fools) or grandmaster + cruels (301-450ed) is impossible.

Best possible is:
40ias
300ed
Fools
Eth
Eth rep
2os
3 weapon block
3 Blade Shield
3 mind blast

Or the same as above except:
450 ED instead of 300ed+fools
