I haven’t seen the 26str variant on east. Would love to nab one up. Very sexy to use with 1x 9 str jewel to get enough str to use scarab Enigma / Dancers

...I thought it is more available. I have my own in Eu - afaik here exist at least one this kind of diadem but with worse str <24 (if I'm right). I have never seen around another one with 26 str or better
