why would the cruel mod be limited by the other affix?

No clue i havent seen any in a long time. I don't have a listing of every cruel bow existing

you wouldn't need anything more than arreat summit, unless im missing something.

Cruel 201-300% ed, still spawns.

Butchery, 21-40 max dmg, still spawns.

Larzuk, still flexes inbetween giving 1-2 sockets to magical items people bring him.

+3 still spawns on magic item, just not rares. thus 6/40 magic javs but no 6/40 rares.

It's just old school. It does not inflict superior damage to a faith, but for ama vs ama its fast and gm. Does the job
