Gore Rider has 15%, but yeah maybe Highlord's would be better vs. most matchups.


Eagle Coil is nice and so is the belt.
Phase Blade is cool but lacks an affix, right?

Cryptic Axe needs 85%+ IAS in weapon to reach 4fpa; Zod/2 x 40/15. It looks like he didn't use Zod at all though, so idk lol.
