If you really need an answer to that question I would consider uninstall

well I don't know how good items have to be to be posted here, but it certainly isn't trash.

People that look into this forum expect the best items (not good items)
Best item means it has to have all possible affixes and furthermore the best of them. These stats also have to be max (or nearly max)

If you don´t fulfill these expectations, your post will be shredded to pieces by said people

On topic: Your item is good, yes. But it is nowhere near the above mentioned expectations
