MDR bug

mdr bug isn't as prominent in mld and hld

Now in LLD it is a big problem

sorry it is, everyone use Soe/Viper in mld just like llders do, and that specially low light dmg doesnt help at all (could have been 100+ light dmg which would have caused less mdr bugged dmg)

also, that base ias is pretty useless

This is not a top 10 bow, but I give it a 7,5/10

base ias isn't necessarily useless if you run death gloves and belt

You hit 8 frames with 1 or 2 open sockets in your helm depending on gaze or circlet

Except gaze is never used, 3/30 is by far better in almost every possible match, and death set is never used on mld bowa
its just a good bow nothing more, I've owned better ones at reasonable price
