Has everything needed except for life rep as you stated.
Pretty sure life rep is HUGE in the VLLD community.

I don't play VLLD but I'd imagine it's a useful temp and would give it a 7/10.

in general no but the high mana and dtm really make it attractive for a zon if you do want to forgo 5 rep for 9 life. Once the duel lasts longer than 18 seconds the 5 rep will have replenished more life than the 9 life. So its fairly useful for sure with the mana and dtm
