no, what you should do is add the user to your block list if you’re being harassed via pm.

if they are spamming your thread(s) use the report button and collect the topics to then pm the appropriate staff member. (trade moderator for trading grounds, junior moderator for discussion forums mostly)

also next time you've got questions about something general such as this, be sure to post it in the right forum, general help in this case.

all staff groups can be found here: http://forums.d2jsp.org/staff.php?g=25
however in your case it seems to be the trading grounds where the user is harssing you so i linked it directly to the trade moderator which is the appropriate staff group for that matter.
