Not bad, but dunno is that really a Trofy. Kinda common item these days. Still nice Helm. Anyway i like more these kind of helms with +19x% Ed, even it can only have 1 Soc. As above said that eth / rep mode is kinda " wasted " on items what have no +%Ed. Well think some Sacred Armor what have nice stats and 2 soc, eth + rep but no +% Ed ? Would it be " amazing " ?

agree on the first part. the rep mod is not wasted though as there is no useful suffix that you sacrifice for it.
also that comparison does not make sense since the sa could have ed along with the other affixes whereas the visio can't

This is an awesome helm for a conc setup with 20 ias gloves, hlords, 2x40/15 in helm, 40/15 ss, since it allows you to keep 2x Lo in 40 ias fools zerk and wear fort/prud while still hitting max conc frames

You typically see 20s visios like this with only 100ish def, so the extra 100+ def is really nice. Sure, the helm could have 500 more def, but I think 20 extra deadly strike is worth the loss in def since you can easily make up for it with prudence sacred which has 800+ def more than any rare

I'm sure it also has other uses. Nice helm
