Epic simply epic claw my friend, and yes I think it is.

2 to assassin skills along with all the other great mods on it for damage.

By far I'd rate it at least a 9 out of 10.

Hope you put a good jewel in it my friend, perhaps something with resistance to make that 15 resistance even higher. :D ;) XD
