Yes, because MAX dmg vs MAX+MIN creates a better AVERAGE damage which is more reliable

id prefer this with foolz on Feral, it would be a godlike claw for an hyb sin.

There is also a version of this same exact claw on WarFist which is insane for ghost.

Ghosts are caster killers. The only fun duel you need the ar for is hdins.

Unless you want to bvb with it, the fools isn't a huge deal.
