with 2 bow and 2 ama skills? thats why i ranke it in top 3 if 48 and base 20

I can hit 7fps with the 15ias so no need for base ias.
60ias armor+30ias helm+20ias ammy+20ias gloves+15ias bow=145ias =7fps
