Str on bowa ring is a fail, but the stats are nice

it can be k, to avoid adding str for stormshield and shit, therefore having more free points for dex/vita

Yes it can be ok if you want to swap titan for rare javs, therefor you need the str but if its your mainly ring you cant use wisp/dwarf and its baaaad
