With bo that will be a shit load, just as an average it will probably be 400-450 life, 30ed, 4 replen compared to 3 skills extra on whirlwind
If you're going to nitpick, then the helm has a few wasted mod spawns that could be better, or could be eth/rep amongst a lot of crap you could pick out...but, you know what? It's a sick helm, why you gotta be jelly?
