why no shael + 15/40 in the knife for 4fpa?

DPS wise the LoLo is superior iirc.

I mean do you reach 100% ds with the FK (I remember getting similar listed damage with EDC which is why I'm aksing)

Someone paid a pretty penny for that thing. Wow.

Also, 3.20.20s are optimal for knives since they get so much ed% already from dex/str. If that were a zerk or something I'd maybe say stay with the 45s.
