Before you rate read this because I will go into detail why these stats make it top1

A Assasin has 20 base str and dex + Torch + Anni = 60/60 Str Dex Now can wear the claw w/o of any sorce of str/dex from your equip

Enigma adds 74 str on lvl 99 (yo can wear a eni with up to 93 str req) 60 base + 74 eni = 134 str

Dancers reqier 167 str to equip 167 - 134 = 33 Str

That means you can wear ur entier equip w/o of a single sorce of str/dex from ur rings and ammy and you can reach an higher amount of repl life/mana and you can stack res with ur rings way easier
