best level 7 armor ever. Put all 30 points to STR to achieve 60 str as a Barb. Then all you need is Sigons Gloves +10 str. Then you need 2x Flawed Amethyst helm for +8str. Now you are only 12 str to wear this beast. A few charms might do the trick.
