The definition of trophy is something that is perfect or near-perfect.
Perfect can either mean 6 desired mods with maxrolls OR an item that is as close as possible to being a pure white item, without actually being white. Rolling only 1 mod and that mod being 1 Life, is in that context, perfect, and thus a trophy.
