Maximian
nicknamed Herculius, was Roman emperor from 286 to 305. He was Caesar from 285 to 286, then Augustus from 286 to 305. He shared the latter title with his co-emperor and superior, Diocletian, whose political brain complemented Maximian's military brawn.
it has a wiki link, he looks anglo saxon, this person might be symbolized as maximus from the movie gladiator, which came out in 2000. the time frames might be off or lied about.
because he was a caesar, he might be the anglo saxon king. its possibly the anglos betrayed him and killed him in the same manner as the movie gladiator, which might have been done before their massive self genocide in eastern rome, which is why rome fell, eastern rome ceded and did massive self genocide via moloch.
it might be wise to hold the english to this event, as their are no statues for genocide, especially self genocide.
there is no statute of limitations for genocide under international law, following the Convention on the Non-Applicability of Statutory Limitations to War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity and the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court. In the United States, federal law was amended in 2009 to remove the statute of limitations for genocide offenses, ensuring that perpetrators can be prosecuted at any time.
