It doesnt matter if its an offhand or not, its an item thats missing one of the most basic stats, and therefore not a trophy.

youre ignoring one of the most important aspects of this claw and its the rep. this is definitely an 8.5/10. would be a 10 if it had a useful additional skill like blade shield or something cool.
